Whenever you bring in a new prescription for us to dispense our computer system will check its suitability and safety with all the other prescription medication that you have had from our Pharmacy in the past.
Also the label on the medication will remind you of the precautions that you should take such as ‘avoiding alcohol’ or ‘not driving if you feel drowsy’.
To ensure you get the best results from your medication and that the medicine is suitable for you, the pharmacy staff may ask selected questions before selling or providing advise on products. All of our healthcare assistants are properly trained using accredited courses so they can advice you about treating common ailments.
